BusyBee Au Pairs

Meet the Team

Jamie Pullum – Owner, Founder and Managing Director

I would like to welcome you to our agency and hope that, we can assist you with your requirements to help you select your choice of applicant to help you within your home as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
We are well established members of BAPAA –   British Au Pair Agencies Association; the trade association for the Au pair industry in the UK, IAPA – International Au Pair association which also incorporates ECAPS – The European Committee of Au Pair Standards.

I attend conferences, meetings and seminars that are related to Au Pairs, childcare and the Youth industry both nationally and internationally on a regular basis for Cultural Exchange Programs.
Being a working mother of three children myself, I know how much value an Au Pair or Mother’s Help can be in your home, and recognise the importance of having the right person for your family.
I have an excellent team in my office that have experience within the childcare industry being previous Au Pairs or Nannies themselves and being mums who pay excellent attention to every detail.
If you are just seeking general advice to try and find your feet and look at childcare options then please do give us a call and speak with one of our placement co-ordinators or myself, as we are very happy to help you.
